Weekly Training

In Town Evening Runs - Monday evenings.Start running at 7:00.

Where: Meet in the parking lot of the Midtown Promenade shopping center. It is on the corner of Monroe and Virginia - across the street from the track at Grady High School. It's the shopping center where the Midtown 8 theater is. Park in the lot closer to Monroe Drive, not all the way back by the theater.

Route: We jog/walk to the Piedmont Park entrance on 10th St., then start with a 1-mile loop in the park. Then we head out through Virginia Highlands. Total distance is about 5 miles.

Pace: Varied. Some run about a 10:00 pace. Others faster.

After the run, hang around for dinner!

Tuesday/Thursday evening swim workouts - 8:00 - 10:00 pm, Chamblee Dynamo. We have 3 lanes in the 50-meter pool reserved for our club. Pool is currently set up as 25-yd. At this point the workouts are not coached, but we hope to have a coach soon.
Entrance to Dynamo is free during these workouts. Tell them you're with Tri-Atlanta.

Directions to Dynamo:

Take Hwy 85 and exit at Shallowford Road.
Head west on Shallowford.
Cross Dresden Rd.
Dynamo will be on your right about a mile or so after Dresden.
