Collette played fast-pitch softball and ran cross-country track on scholarship at the University of South Carolina at Aiken where she earned a B.S. in Exercise Science and Biology.

Collette uses her sports and exercise background, combined with massage techniques to aid injury rehabilitation and prevention.

We believe that a proper training regimen combines sport specific activities, proper nutrition, flexibility exercises, and massage therapy. Sports massage incorporates different techniques designed to reduce recovery time, increase muscle and joint range of motion, and manually break down scar tissue. Consequently, sports massage can not only alleviate pain suffered from injury, but also help lessen or prevent injury occurrence. Athletes of any level should integrate massage therapy into their regular training regimen and embrace the benefits.
